My dad 91 yrs young fell out of bed through the night, next morning he was concussed, slurring and shaking, rang 111 and spoke to Dan who was an exceptional help. He sent a responder to our house, arrived within 10 mins, he put dads and our minds at rest and made dad feel at ease. Paramedic then came, within minutes, very calm and reassuring, then ambulance quickly on the spot, absolutely brilliant all of them, transfered to RUH, dad thoroughly examined, scanned! and blood tests taken, Sophie (nurse) and Dr. Ashington were very good listeners to dad. I must say The NHS all round was exceptional, cannot fault, all staff deserve the pay that they get plus more.
