Me and wife came at11.30am to take an x Ray after a fall, waited until 3.40 pm to find out what was wrong

I'm sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time to understand what was wrong.
We do try and see 95% of our patients within 4 hours, and I'm sorry you didn't achieve that for you and your wife on this occasion.
