"Rude, uncaring consultant"

I saw the dermatology consultant on Saturday, 16th July. Never seen this doctor before, but the doctor was dismissive, did not examine my skin, just jumped to conclusions. I had to ask if they were the doctor that I was expecting to see as the doctor didn't even have the manners to introduce themself. The doctor had his own agenda and did not listen to my concerns or the information I was giving. The doctor belittled me and basically accused me of wasting NHS money as my light therapy appointments should be given to a more deserving patient! Very unprofessional, certainly not a credit to the dermatology team who have been very supportive and caring, particularly the phototherapy nurses. A shame one individual has to leave such a negative impact. Do not wish to see this consultant again.
