"Smile"

All staff were great except the triage nurse, who blatantly didn't want to be there, short and sharp, no compassion and had the door open each time they assessed a patient. I listen to at least ten patients and their personal information. Hardly any smiles, but happy and chatty to the staff...??? Don't work there if you can't at least put on a fake smile. We all have bad days, but your the first point of patient contact. Smiles and a hello do not cost. Visit on 18th July AM
