"lost refferral"

About: Warrington Hospital

Referred by ocats april 2016 to orthopadic surgeons with spine problems severe pain and i struggle to look after my disable mum and son. Now july not recieved appointment phoned them to be told they have not received a referral yet my doctor re ieved copy of referral two days after sent and ocats have on their system it was sent and have now got to resend how much longer do i have to wait.

I am upset and annoyed. The appointments team didnt care of my struggles and how long ive been waiting they just passed the buck so to speak. Not happy!!!!
