I would like to talk about the Sorrell group practise where as a patient unfortunatly with a few problems i have from the receptionists,support workers nurses and doctors always recieved the best of care,delivered with patience and a desire to do a good job under what are increasingly difficult times in the NHS they should be proud of their achievements and be aware that along with complaints some of us appreciate the hard work they put in day in day out
