About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

- I was seen initially very quickly and the staff were all very friendly.

- There was a short wait between the initial consultation and the procedure but I didn't wait too long.

- The staff conducting the procedure were kind and confident.

- I was in and out within 3 hours with sedation so I think it was very efficient.
