(as the patient),

Me my wife and son were in a traffic accident driving on our way back home to Liverpool. Everyone who dealt with us receptionist, nurses and x-ray department were absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and a credit to the NHS.

I am very sorry to learn that you, your wife and your son were involved in a trafiic accident on your way back home to Liverpool and I can undrstand how awful this must have been for everyone involved. It is therefore pleasing to hear that you felt the treatment you received from Wycombe Hospital at this difficult time was absolutely brilliant.

It is rewarding to receive such feedback and to hear of how well staff across our services have worked together to ensure our patients are treated with the upmost care.
