What I liked

As an overseas visitor to the A& E department, suffering high temperature due to apparent lung infection, I was extremely impressed with the high level of courtesy, speed of attention and attention to detail experienced at all levels - from reception through to professional consultant - and would rate The Princess Alexandra Hospital well above similar hospitals that I have had experience of worldwide during my travels overseas. This was even reflected in a most courteous response to a brief note of thanks that I had sent to the Chief Executive on my return home.

Let it be known to the wider world that a medicare centre of excellence exists at Hamstel Road, Harlow; and to the Hospital staff at all levels that their dedication to medicare is appreciated and valued.
