"Nervous-no need!"

I was very apprehensive about having a cystoscopy but I had no need to worry.From the moment of my arrival I was made to feel at ease.Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered.After the ultrasound scan,I was shown to a waiting area which was spotlessly clean and enjoyed tea and biscuits.Sweets and fruit squash was also available-all provided by the staff themselves.The actual cystoscopy was so swift and painless that I didn't even realize that it had been done-I had been so distracted by the lovely nurses!The doctor explained what they had found and told me about further treatment.I Cannot praise the whole urology team highly enough.
