Staff here stand around laughing and joking and totally robotised in being the superiors ignoring that you are there because you are I'll. Disregard any concerns with rising waiting time now reached 5 hrs. Total waste of NHS money putting it into this A&E

I am very concerned that the behaviour of our staff has given you such a negative impression of the Trust. This is not what we want for our patients/visitors and we would like to look into matters in more detail.
