I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Krustchoff118,

I am so glad that Ailsa and the outreach service is helping you. I will pass this to the team so they can appreciate how much it means to you. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. It makes such a difference to staff when they know they have done a good job.

best wishes,

Eunice
