"Physiotherapy self referral."

Completed online self referral form and received acknowledgement of receipt. Waited 8 weeks and still no contact from hospital. Went back to GP who advised me to speak to a person and try to chase up. Rang Vale hospital answerphone. Got reply next day to say never received referral from Glos. need to start again! Rang Glos hospital - no reply only answer-machine. Rang Patient Advice Liaison Service - no reply only answer-machine. Rang The Vale hospital again still no reply - only answer-machine. Finally rang Gloscare services and managed to speak to a human being who passed message on to Head of Services and guess what......another answer-machine. So still no idea what to do and how long I will have to wait. Absolutely abysmal non-service. One could be forgiven for wondering whether anyone is actually at work in the NHS in this area.
