I came to the Saxon Clinic for post operative physiotherapy treatment. The physiotherapist was kind, supportive, informative and reassuring. I had a knock back during the weeks of recovery and the physiotherapist helped me regain some confidence in getting mobile again. A few exercises for me to do and a plan and realistic target for getting back to normal.
