I was looked after from the minute I arrived until the moment I left.
I was in for ankle arthroscopy and it was daunting.
The staff pre op and literally just before I went under made me feel secure and comfortable.
My thanks to the Theatre Manager for this particularly needed assurance.
Post operation too - the care was all I could expect.
I was even wheeled out to the care.
Very grateful
