"18 months and still waiting"

The NHS is a total joke, for 18 months I have been waiting for a 5 minute procedure of a blocked tear duct, I am now in total agony, can hardly drive and probably will have to stop work as my eye is infected, running with puss, and I am now partially blind,

I have called Scunthorpe general today who inform me that it will not be done until end of September, having been told previously about 8 weeks that would have meant end of August.

I am in total despair with it all, it is a 5 minute job and for me it would mean total eyesight and out of pain.
