I recently needed the help of an ambulance/paramedics, they were very prompt, perfessional and answered all my questions relating to my condition in a friendly and reassuring manner.....to the extent where their actions and advice have made a big difference to my life ... I'd like to thank Cat, Kirk and colleagues for their superb help.......they have given me hope and my life back 👏 thank you x
