"Very unprofessional!"

Last night I was referred to your out of hours by 111, it was very quick and I had an appointment within a few minutes which initially I thought was brilliant! once I arrived the receptionist was lovely and really welcoming but however when I went in to see the doctor they made me feel incredibly uncomfortable about some very personal issues that were nothing to do with the reason I was there, to the point where I was close to having a panic attack! They came across as very rude and judgemental and made numerous comments that weren't necessary! 100% not acceptable.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust does provide some services at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital but the out of hours GP service is provided by IC24.
