"Orthotics department shambles"

Dont know there left foot from there right.i allways thought that people employed by the nhs went through a selection procces to make sure that thay were up for the job who interviews these so called professionals with very little people skills?. The treatment for my "custom orthotics" which takes forever to sort out is bad enough then pratically argue the whole appointment about what works and what dont is not my idea of being fairly treated in a appointment situation.
