"Rude"

Basically it's the luck of the draw which phlebotomist you get to take your blood, I have been a few times and they were very nice and reassuring however I have been unlucky enough to be seen by one particular member of staff who is so rude and dismissive, I observed them treating a couple of elderly patients appallingly! Clearly they are in the wrong job, not a people person! They obviously have form as I have been asked by friends and colleagues who have had the misfortune to see this person too "did you get the rude one" Perhaps Herts and Essex should send them on a people skills course!
