"Hearing test"

The waiting area was clean and friendly, I was not kept waiting beyond my allotted time. The technician I saw explained the procedure and what the results were, and what options I could take in response to them. I felt I was given the correct amount of information to fully make up my mind to what will happen next. I was treated with respect and dignity , something I have not received from my G.P.
