What I liked

My Grandad was in Russells Hall on Georgina ward. The care he recieved was second to none. The nurses were absolutely brilliant and so Helpful. They made sure he was comfortable at all times and were particularly lovely to me when i got upset about seeing him.

We were allowed to visit him whenever we wanted as he was dying and the nurses gave us the direct number to the ward to phone during the night if we couldnt sleep and wanted to know how he was. They couldnt do enough to support my family and my grandpa. He died very peacefully with lovely nurses taking care of him. I cant thank them enough for making him so comfortable and pain free. Brilliant is all i can say.
