Absolutely disgusted that after having my 3 month away appointment cancelled and then rearranged a further 3 months later to hear the doctor bragging with a coworker about their fantastic holiday.

Went to my appointment to basically be told kids don't care about how they look! My son has antisocial issues caused by the level of warts in his hands (and now face). The doctors answer "you care more than your son does". I will remind them that at night when he's crying because the other kids at school bully him. While the doctor enjoyed their cup of tea and custard cream, it was great to hear that my GP shouldn't have referred me. Clearly me and my son were a waste of their time. I think someone needs to remind this doctor that the s in nhs stands for service. I'm disgusted. I'm in disbelief.
