What I liked

Hard working dedicated staff

clean and freindly

What could be improved

too many peoplle giving you differing answers to questions, being told constantly by nurses that was being discharged, moved off main wardin middle of cold night for same reason but then not discharged. Lines of communication between patient and staff needs to be improved.

It's good to know that you found our staff hard-working, friendly and the hospital itself to be clean. But we were disappointed to learn about the confusion surrounding your discharge, which clearly should have been handled better.

Hospitals - especially at this time of the year - are very busy places, with best laid plans sometimes needing to change at short notice. We have been working hard to improve our discharge processes, including the communication between staff and patients. Clearly in your case, we didn't get it right and for that we are sorry - we'll make sure your comments are fed back to the team involved.
