"Delayed diagnosis/treatment"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I have been suffering frequent black outs since October 2015, my GP referred me to the neurology dept at Whipps, I was seen early December and referred to UCLH for further tests. these tests were then carried out in March 2016. Apparently UCLH had sent a letter back to the neurologist at Whipps to inform they found nothing conclusive. I have received no feed back from either hospital and despite trying contact them to find out what will happen next I have had no response. I saw one neurologist in December and tests in March. I have had to visit A&E on numerous occasion due to injuries suffered as a result of the sudden black outs. The lack of communication or diagnosis adds stress to the whole situation. all in all poor patient care
