"ENT Appointment"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

I have been an enlarged thyroid, had a CT scan in early May, an appointment was made for me in this department, a week before sent me a letter saying the appointment and to be cancelled and another one was given to me.

When to that appointment but the appointment was cancelled without telling me, when I arrived they said that the appointment was booked under the wrong doctor, I received another appointment that was for today at 11.00 only to be called at 9.30 to say that the consultant was not able to see me, I am extremely annoyed the the service at this hospital, and I'm definitely taking it further.
