"Receptionist need training"

About: The Whittington Hospital

The receptions are rude and unhelpful. I spoke to 3 receptionists today (10am 13th July) and they either ignored me, turned me away or gave me false information. I know the NHS is struggling but why hire people that clearly have no personal experience as a receptionist? Im not one to complain but felt this needed to be said.
