About: Colchester General Hospital

Colchester hospital doesn't always get good reviews but I have been rushed to A&E 3 times may/June this year. I have also had an out patient Appointment and my treatment is ongoing but so far so good. Also 3years ago my husband was admitted with imminent life threatening problems. I honestly do not think he would have had better treatment in a top private facility . And on a less serious note he fractured his foot some 7weeks ago (its all happening in our house) and we had another department to attend. He was totally satisfied with not only the treatment for his foot but also hospital transport supplied to him as he obviously could not drive and we live 45 minutes away.That is 3 different departments in 3 years plus transport and we cannot in all honesty fault them.Well done Colchester general hospital and many thanks.
