"Making our Sisters Birthday extra special"

Many thanks to all the wonderful nurses, care workers and support staff for making our sisters 74th Birthday very special indeed.

Our Sister Joanie, as we call her has been on ward 33 for over two months and all the staff have looked after her with care and dignity.

Today it was her birthday and all the staff came in and sang happy birthday along with a birthday cake!! We cannot thank the staff enough.

Our sister cried when they did this with tears of joy.

This was such a lovely gesture and we all appreciate this very much.

All the staff are always polite, friendly and work extremely hard with all their patients.

The Doctors always inform Joanie what is happening and how they intend to move forward. We all appreciate their hard work and dedication.

The staff really do put their patients at the heart of everything they do.

We appreciate they are underpaid and work tirelessly to ensure patients are on the road to recovery.

All Joanie’s family would like to say a big thank you for everything.
