"Staff run off feet, but still helpful at Rotherham"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I received treatment for vagina prolapse at Rotherham General Hospital, staying on ward B11. In the past I have found at times I have been treated as if I am getting on, to be a bit thick. But not so this time, so it made things a lot better. I would like to thank all the staff on B11, they were run off their feet at times, but still answered if you rung. Thank you!

Thank you for your comments. We are particularly pleased to note that the dignity and respect you received from the staff has improved since your last episode of care. We have been working with all staff to ensure that all patients are treated in such a way.
