"Awful."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

As I am currently attending university I pay a substantial amount to travel home to make my appointments, and without any notice or even a call prior, I have been told my appointments are cancelled on the day. I have given Dr my email and phone number numerous times as well as the orthodontic admin staff and still do not receive anything from them.

I have a servers underbite and have had braces for three years to which no actual treatment has been had in over 8 months while I am waiting to be contacted about having jaw surgery. Was told my dr had left and that their patients were essentially off the radar and things would start running smoothly now but have yet to receive any details of my next appointment or consultation since my last appointment months ago.

I am awfully upset with how I have been treated, to the extent where I believe my braces are now causing irritation to my mouth and gums, yet I have to await my next appointment which may not be for a lengthy period.
