"Restored my faith in the NHS"

After years of poor treatment from hospitals in another county which resulted in me having terrible fear and anxiety when talking to doctors or attending hospital appointments, the staff and specialists have restored my faith in the NHS. I have had to attend a number of clinics and after previous experiences with other trusts and hospitals, I was very very anxious each time but I had no need to be. The staff treat you with dignity and respect and with the utmost care and attention. I am so happy to have found doctors and staff who are so professional and caring. They seem to really care and have a genuine desire to see people receive the best care and treatment that they can offer. Thank you James Paget University Hospital for restoring my faith in the N.H.S and for all the wonderful care and treatment that I have received. I am especially thankful to the Neurology dept, the Orthopedic department and the Cardiology department.
