Ward 4. The staff here are arrogant, rude, dismissive and from what I have witnessed are totally oblivious of a patients needs. In fact on my last visit I was horrified at the nurses attitude when I explained my auntie was sick and needed an anti sickness tablet. The nurse gave me a blank look as though I was speaking a foreign language, did not acknowledge my request and walked off. Fair enough they did get the tablet but without speaking a word to either my aunt or myself, she was just handed the tablet. This isn't my first experience of staffs attitude, I find the majority of the nurses couldn't care less. It wouldn't surprise me it's because the ward is mainly for dementia patients and therefore they won't realise how disgraceful the staff are. If I could move my auntie I would I find the ward so uncaring and dismissive of a patients needs.
