"Ward 2 and ward 15"

My aunt was admitted to ward 2 via A and E on Saturday and I wish to commend the hospital staff who showed exceptional care for my aunt. She is frail and has Alzheimer's disease but at every stage of her journey her care was personalised and she was afforded privacy and dignity. Her inpatient care was exemplary. We were kept informed at every stage. Her discharge package was also efficient and caring. She was provided with an escort home and settled into her bungalow, ensuring she was warm and had eaten her tea from her snack box provided by the hospital. I cannot commend the inpatient and discharge staff enough. Thankyoi.
