Poor service

"Poor service"

I came as a carer with a resident who is 91 years old. She came to have her dressing changed on her leg and it took over 40 minutes for her to be seen. When i asked the receptionist they said 'the nurse isn't ready yet' .. Well im not being funny or anything but why book me in knowing the nurses are busy!? I think it's disgusting making an elderly lady sit there for over 40 minutes for a job that simply took 5 minutes!
