"Complaint about xray dept"

About: University College Hospital

I had a chest xray on 17/6/16 my doctor still hasn't received the result's after requestering them on several occasions.

I have spoken to the imaging depth three times myself and been fobbed of. I was told by them on the 17th when I had the xray that the results would take three to five working days to get to my doctor. It still has not arrived. I have been very worried about the pains that I originally went to see the doctor about.This delay has caused me stress and worry and I want an answer as to why these delays have taken place.
