"very dissapointed"

About: St Thomas' Hospital (London)

Did not get the chance to come to the hospital at all. Was referred by my GP ,but unfortunately very bad customer service over the phone. They are rude and unhelpful. When I tried to explain the reason im calling this person keeps repeating that I've been explained once .Very impatient to listen
