(as a relative),

My daughter was referred to ENT at High Wycombe hospital because she'd been suffering for 5 weeks with pain in her ear and headaches all treatment unsuccessful. She was very nervous knowing an ENT nurse was going to clean her ear out and it would probably hurt. I cannot praise Alison enough. She put my daughter at ease, communicated with warmth and compassion and told us every step of the way what was happening and what needed to happen. Alison is one very special human being - totally going over and above to help people feel better physically and mentally. Thank you Alison. Please look after this truly wonderful lady - she is doing a phenomenal job for your Trust!
