Our local District Nurse Team

As my husband continues his fight back to health, I want to take a little time to remember the fantastic work done by the District Nurses based at Doddington Hospital.

Not only did they visit him daily to administer medication, they became a lifeline. Being in a position to note daily changes in his physical status, they did not hesitate to call other health professionals when they recognised the need for additional resources.

The whole team are real angels, providing both medical and emotional support during a very scary time for my husband and myself.

We couldn't have got through this without them.

A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.

I was very pleased to see your message regarding the quality of care provided by your local district nurse team.

I know colleagues in all our DN teams work very hard to provide the best possible care and services for their local community and the clinicians will be very pleased to see your compliment.

I will pass your message onto the manager who looks after the team; If you could let me know what GP practice you are registered with.
