"General review of Practice"

Having been a patient at this Practice for over 8 years, I felt I must write to state how very satisfied I have been over this period. My late Mother, in her late 80s, and my friend, in his mid-70s, are also patients here. We have all been treated with kindness, courtesy, and excellent health care. All the reception staff are efficient and helpful, and the Doctors and Nurses are terrific. Patient, understanding, and never rushing us at any time. Waiting times are generally very near appointment times, and reception staff keep us updated if there should be a slight delay. This is a bright, modern Practice, with lovely staff and consultants. The care provided is so good - much better than my previous Practice in London. A Practice of which the NHS should be proud!
