"Great service throughout the centre"

My GP is excellent. The doctor is very patient and approachable. The doctor takes time to listen during appointments and does their best to resolve my health issues. Although at times the doctor is a little soft, on an odd occasion can appear flustered and occasionally comes across as patronising ( although I am sure that this is unintentional ). Most of the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The nurses provide an excellent service. It is easy to get an appointment with them and they are always helpful and professional in their approach. The phlebotomist is very good. They always put me at ease and often squeezes me in at the last minute. The dispensing team are also excellent. They have always been very efficient in answering any questions and/or dealing with issues regarding my medication. I have also noticed a change in the atmosphere at the centre since the new practice manager took over. The staff, especially the receptionists seem a lot happier, which is good to see as they do a great job.
