We visited the Medical outpatient gastroenterologist today. We couldn't navigate the hospital so a lovely volunteer walked with us to sign in. Another colleague then took us to the department. The Dr was so kind and knowledgable but we needed bloods so attended phlebotomy who again were amazing. Having had recent awful experiences in some other trusts it was so refreshing to go to this hospital where literally all staff were happy and friendly and eager to help from literally the moment we walked in and from the volunteer to the consultant.
