Had an appointment in gastro outpatients today and from start to finish the whole process was kind, thoughtful and positive.

From entering and getting lost in the hospital when s wonderful volunteer went out of her way to help us, to the outpatients where the nurses were thoughtful and helpful. And the consultant who actually made me feel like a person not a number or statistic. Would recommend to anyone over pinderfields and Dewsbury on the care you receive.
