"Helped to overcome fear of the Dentist"

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

M used to be terrified of the dentist which certainly did not help. The kind, friendly and caring service at Park House Dental Clinic has helped to overcome this and made her understand the importance of looking after her teeth.

Thank you for sharing M's story on this forum.

Many of the patients who are referred to the service are fearful of dental treatment. The team empathises and understands these fears. This understanding helps them to provide a service that supports patients through their visits and helps to build patient confidence. Through this caring and supportive approach we hope that in the future patients will not only be less fearful of treatment but understand the importance of prevention and self care.

I would like to wish M all the best in future and hope their confidence in the dentist continues.
