"Surgery and recovery womens ward (1) 6th to 9th..."

About: Heartlands Hospital

I was at this hospital for a subtotal hysterectomy + bilateral salpingoophrectomy (cervix conserved). Every person involved with my treatment from the porter who took me to theatre to the surgical team and ward staff on ward 1 were all caring, professional and dedicated. I can't fault anything about this hospital, the care was exceptional, and the facilities were well maintained and hygienic.

Dear Madam

Thank you for your kind feedback and comments regarding your recent inpatient stay for surgery on Ward 1 at Heartlands Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you were cared for by all of the staff you encountered in a caring, professional and dedicated way.

I will be thrilled to ensure your comments are highlighted to Rebecca Henman, Ward Nurse Manager for Ward 1, as well as to Dr Pratima Gupta, Clinical Director for Gynaecology who will also be so pleased to read your feedback and ensure it is communicated to all of the team on ward 1, who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope my action is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, patient feedback is extremely important to us.

My best wishes for your continued recovery.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
