"Treatment Centre admission and urological..."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

I was admitted to the Treatment Centre for TURBT on 7/72016.

On arrival we were taken through to the Ward by a lovely, cheerful nurse who instantly put us at ease.

Shown to my bed and straight away they started doing the checks for surgery.

Cannot emphasise enough what a great atmosphere there was on that bay.

Everyone of the staff, without exception, seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

Following my op my care was just as efficient and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

A very busy and well run bay, in my opinion where they haven't forgotten how much it means to patients to see a smiling face.

Thank you so very much.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you were pleased with the welcome and care you received recently.

I have passed your kind words to the staff involved as they will be much appreciated.
