I attended an appointment at Mount Stuart today. This was for CT scan.
Am very concerned about 3 key points: my surname was incorrect, the gp on my form was not my gp and the medical practice where I am registered was incorrect. My concern is who my resulta have gone to the wring place, would I have received them and how could this happen?
