"walk in centre"

About: Ashford Hospital

had a suspected water infection , arrived at walk in centre about 1 o/c was advised that i wouldn't be seen for 2 1/2 hours it was roughly 3 hours due to the fact it was understaffed. the nurses and doctors who work there are under great pressure but when i was eventually seen the quality of care was first rate. urine infection was confirmed and antbiotics handed to me.

could not fault the service but the understaffing puts so much pressure on the people who work there . feel very sorry for the staff, but as i said before the quality of care was second to none. thank you to the nurse practicioner who tended to me. Pam Alabaster

Thank you for sharing your positive experiences of Ashford Walk-in Centre. The centre is not actually part of Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, but run by Greenbrook Healthcare. We will share your comments them.
