Thank you for your post regarding your recent patient experience in our Day Case Unit at Solihull Hospital for a skin lesion on your scalp to be removed.

I am so pleased to learn that you found the doctor had a gentle, sympathetic approach which instilled confidence. I'm also pleased to learn that you found all of the team to be pleasant and efficient.

I will ensure your feedback is highlighted to the Day Case Unit Manager and Matron who will ensure that your kind comments are communicated to all of the Day Case Team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.
