Tried 111 and so much interference on their line could not communicate with them. Phoned Trowbridge Hospital Minor Injuries Unit at 0700 and spoke to nurse who advised attending unit at 0800 as I required a prescription for a suspected infection and they could not dispense the prescription. Attended at 0722 and was greeted with respect and a genuine interest in my problem. Completed the initial registration and was seen promptly at 0800 by a nurse and then a sister. Interview and examination was thorough and compassionate. Treatment was 5 star and felt I could not have been treated better. 10 out of 10 Trowbridge Minor Injuries Unit.
